The purpose of cameras is the survalience of the American public, turning the nation into an outdoor  prision camp.  Convicitons like this are just honey used to trap the bees, we being the bees.  If you don't belive it, see the Frontline documenary on this and the Chinese use of camera and their expoert of the technology to nearly every US city.  This vicious murder is no excuse to put the public under diigital survalence.  Let the police do their job, and let the courts do their job and violence, crime and brutality will be reduced for everyone.  The combination of defanged local policing and general survalience to the recepe for a police state and social control.
